Не могу произвести оплату, разбор разных ситуаций Опции

Подскажите пожалуйста, что делать когда при попытке произвести оплату появляется следующая надпись: This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time. Я уже перечисляла этому интернет-магазину, все было в порядке. Правда ли, что Personal account не позволяет перечислять более 500 $ в месяц? Я поменяла Personal на Premier. Результат тот же.

Как я и думал Paypal не помог.. Их ответ:

thousands of transactions that go through the PayPal system each minute,
it is logically impossible to manually turn it off. Again, this is for
the security of your PayPal account. We want to safeguard you from any
possible problem that might arise if we allow this transaction to go
through. I may suggest you to send the payment outside that system of
PayPal if possible or you may ask your seller to send you an invoice or
money request to make this payment go through.

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and
wish you continued success on PayPal.

А инвойс тот продавец не отправляет... ((
